The remodelled bathroom was nice, but the hard mattress made for a tough night.

what a disappointment! the air conditioning was just a glorified fan—not even cool. and the mattress, oh the mattress, was so hard it felt like sleeping on a rock. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but i absolutely expected an upgrade for my troubles and received nothing! how rude!

The location is great for exploring the
city center of Guayaquil. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was basic but served at a nearby café. One downside was the occasional noise from the street, but it didn't detract much from my overall experience.

Had a decent time here! The location's spot-on for exploring, super close to the Malecon. Front desk staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Just a heads up, the mattress was on the hard side, but the remodeled bathroom was nice!

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, close to the Malecon. Breakfast next door offered simple options which were satisfactory.
The room's mattress was quite hard, which made sleeping a challenge. Additionally, the overall cleanliness felt lacking in certain areas.

The air conditioning was ineffective. it felt warm in the room. I encountered a power outage that left the air conditioning non-functional, and there was no hot water available for my shower. Also, I was disappointed with the old, musty smell in the room, which made it hard to relax.

Our stay was a blast! We loved the location near parks and shopping. The staff were super helpful, especially with arranging transportation. We visited the Malecon and local churches, which were amazing. Great value for money too, perfect for groups looking to explore!
One downside was the air conditioning wasn't up to par. it was often tricky to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

I stayed in a Basic Double Room for one night. The room was decent but the bed was pretty hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The remodelled bathroom was nice and had a glass shower front, but the shower's temperature control was tricky. Wi-fi was excellent, which was a plus!
